Mr. Lividini is a past President of the New York Hotel Association where he is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a member of the Waldorf Astoria Distinguished Alumni Association and has served on the Board of Directors of both the New York Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Vice President, Distribution & Revenue Management
Positions that he has held include Senior Vice President of Distribution and Revenue Management with Sandals Resorts, Vice President of Business Development with TravelCLICK, and several progressively more responsible Corporate Director positions during 10 years with Wyndham International. Wyndham assignments included Director Central Reservations, Director International Sales, and Director Resort Revenue Management. He began his travel industry career with American Airlines.
Dan has been an independent hospitality consultant for the last three years working with clients in such areas as developing and implementing revenue management strategies and procedures, selecting and implementing central reservations systems and website booking engines, restructuring voice reservations operations, developing revenue pro-formas for new build properties or acquisitions, operating the revenue management function for individual properties and at the corporate level, and the opening of a sales, marketing and reservations office. A partial list of his clients include Almond Resorts, Elegant Hotels of Barbados, Hard Rock Hotels, Sunset Beach Resorts of Jamaica, Warnick and Company, a hotel industry asset management firm, Grace Bay Resorts of Turks and Caicos, TIG Global, the Online Vacation Center and the Gansevoort - Miami South Beach.
Dan holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas. He currently resides in Miami, Florida.

Currently, He is a seminar leader for the college’s E-Portfolio in the Professions professional development program. He recently completed program reviews for the College’s Business Administration and Business Management degree programs. He has served as the founding Faculty Advisor for the Business Honor’s Society-Alpha Beta Gamma, and the founding Chairperson of the Department’s Business Advisory Board.
Prior to joining LaGuardia College He was an assistant profession in the hospitality management program at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). He also served as Director of Career Services and Cooperative Education at Polytechnic University. His industry background includes sales and marketing management in hospitality and shipping.

Recent work includes developing an online restaurant guide for Long Island City and Sunnyside, Queens, New York. I have published a chapter on operations in a hospitality text, and an instructor’s resource guide to accompany a marketing text, as well as several journal articles.
