HAI first met the owner of Lime Tree Bay Motel in beautiful Long Key, Florida in 2009. He shared his dream of transforming his waterfront motel into a boutique resort. It was our honor to guide our client through well-planned stages of improvements and growth. Over 12 years, the 36-room motel evolved into a spectacular 67-unit resort, featuring a variety of accommodations ranging from hotel rooms to three-bedroom townhouse suites.
